Not too bad. A little noisy. But comfy and value for money.
Breakfast not too bad. Same stuff. I believe the sausages are pork, not chicken. Halal people, do take note. Quite delicious. Spread of cereals, toast, french toast, eggs, Thai food! Won't say it's international, but definitely Thai and Western breakfast food. Rooms are comfy, clean. It's not modern design, but livable and spacious. No indications of pests, but keep repellant on you for mosquitoes.
Checking out was a nightmare. The front desk couldn't check their own system. I checked in on 11th Dec. They tried to charge us for something consumed on 10th Dec by a previous guest. I had to show my boarding pass and my booking.com booking to him. He still couldn't confirm whether he would charge this to us or not. Ridiculous. Left an extremely bad taste for what is otherwise a not-too-bad hotel.

The treadmill in the sports club was the only thing that made my stay memorable
Everything Staff didn’t understand enough English There is no swimming pool at the hotel but at the hotel down the street Paid for a suite, but no utensils or plates so really no meaning Rang to ask for cup three times, it never came and when we asked for a knife to peel the skin off an apple there was an absolute straight refusal Hallways and lobby also had very unpleasant oder for our entire stay breakfast would have been better at McDonald’s, pancakes were so old they were impossible to cut ! Coffee also on cooker too long, tastes terrible

Pictures misleading. No pool on premises. You have to walk up the street to sister hotel & it was pretty ordinary. Seems to be popular with large groups of loud Chinese people
